Career Assessment Tool The TCC Career Assessment Tool will help you identify areas of interest and match them to potential career pathways. The assessment has 60 questions based on work activities within different professions. On each screen you will be asked to decide if you would strongly dislike, dislike, unsure, like or strongly like the activity. Some things to consider: Try not to think about how much money you would make or how much education is required. Just think about if you would like or dislike doing the work. There are no right or wrong answers! On average, the 60-question assessment takes between 5-15 minutes to complete.
