Hello to all and greetings from Access Services!
So, what’s happening?
All spring 2020 classes will be administered remotely, online, due to the current novel coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns.
Right now, the TCC campus is closed to the public until April 7th in order to follow Governor Inslee’s “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” orders for Washington state.
How do you contact us?
Our team wants to ensure you that Access Services is here and available to serve you remotely. We will be working hard to deliver the accommodations you need for the online learning experience.
There are several options for you to choose from in order to contact and communicate with us remotely, such as email, Zoom video, and text. Please review the TCC Coronavirus page and select the drop-down menu for Access Services
How do I renew my accommodations for spring quarter online classes?
Many of you had the opportunity to complete your Spring 2020 Renewal document in person already. If you have already done the this, you do not need to do anything else!
If you still need to renew for the spring quarter, please click on this online Renewal Submission Form.
After you have filled out the form, hit the Submit button. You will receive a follow up email letting you know that it has been delivered and is complete!
Please contact us with questions or to request a remote meeting. We look forward to serving you this quarter!
