Information Systems Certificates

About

TCC offers two Information Systems program certificates: Help Desk and Technical Support. These can be earned as stand-alone certificates or can be applied to the Networking and Cybersecurity Associate in Applied Sciences (AAS) degree.

All program coursework must be completed with ‘C’ grades or higher to qualify for any certificates or degrees. Students in the AAS degree pathway earn both of these certificates with their degree progression. To complete a certificate, students must first complete requirements for the Help Desk and Technical Support certificates or have industry certifications or equivalent work experience as determined by the program chair.
