Our club is committed to sharing the wonders of astronomy with our fellow students. We aim to foster engagement within the school community through stargazing events, informative presentations, and the sharing of our field experiences. Additionally, we strive to dispel common myths about astronomy by providing accurate scientific information. Ultimately, our goal is to ignite curiosity, promote scientific exploration, and make the study of astronomy accessible, enjoyable, and meaningful for all participants.

Meetings: Every other Friday, 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. in Bldg. 15, Rm. 107.

Our objective for this club is to create a community where black students can feel comfortable to speak their mind and celebrate their heritage. Additionally, it would be a great place where international students can gather and communicate each week.

The Respiratory Care Club is composed of Tacoma Community College students as well as peer-elected student representatives who are undertaking the task of connecting RC students with the respiratory community. Our mission is to create a safe and inclusive space for formerly incarcerated and current students to share experiences, while promoting awareness and education on issues related to incarceration and social justice through workshops and events. We advocate for equity on campus by collaborating with administration to support formerly incarcerated students and establish peer support networks that enhance personal and academic development. Additionally, we engage in community outreach and civic engagement initiatives, partnering with local organizations to provide resources aimed at reducing recidivism and promoting criminal justice reform.
