For current students who experience an immediate financial hardship, TCC’s Emergency Student Fund may be able to help.
TCC Foundation Emergency Student Fund. For current students experiencing an immediate financial hardship. (Unlike other Emergency Funding Programs) these funds are not provided to the student; they are provided to a 3rd party vendor. To receive emergency assistance, please read below:
- The TCC Foundation Emergency Fund is provided directly to vendors, such as a utility company, auto repairs, medical bills, a property management company, invoice for childcare, etc. Applicants are required to submit documentation for their request (statements of overdue rent and/or utilities, invoices for medical care or childcare, etc.) If your request is greater than $599, a W-9 must be completed by the vendor. A link to the W-9 is provided in the application.
- When applying for this fund, make sure you have all of documentation (copies of receipts, bills, invoices) ready at the time you fill out the application. The application will not be saved nor is retrievable if you leave it uncompleted.
For questions, please contact Ruth Fritz at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note: As of Sept. 22, the CARES funding for students has been exhausted and funds are no longer being distributed.
We will keep this page updated once the application processes are live.
