About
Katie Guernsey is a dog mom, military spouse and native Texan. She is the Co-interim director and Program Specialist 3 of Access Services at Tacoma Community College. She received her bachelor's in history and deaf and hard of hearing from Stephen F. Austin State University (SFA) in 2018 and received her master’s degree in student leadership and development in higher education from Angelo State University in 2023. She worked as an American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter at SFA for four years before moving to Washington in 2021. She joined the TCC community in December 2022. She loves to travel and spend time friends and family.
