TRA Medical Imaging Foundation Awards Five New Scholarships to Tacoma Community College Imaging Science Program Students
The TRA Medical Imaging Foundation announced today that it will provide scholarship support for five first-year TCC Radiologic Technology students who began the program in Fall 2023. Students beginning the program in spring of 2024 will be able to apply for scholarships starting April 26, 2024.
TRA chooses scholarship recipients based on their financial need and career goals. In addition to financial support, the scholarship program provides mentorship opportunities, connecting students with experienced professionals in the field of Radiology.
“We are grateful to the TRA Medical Imaging Foundation for continuing to provide this crucial support for our Health Careers students,” TCC President Ivan Harrell said. “Our community will benefit from this investment for years to come.”
