Get Help with the FAFSA Jan. 20
TCC is partnering with the Metropolitan Development Council to offer a FAFSA/WAFSA completion workshop. Register here.
The workshop will be held Friday, Jan. 20, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. in the Building 11 Center for Student Advocacy and Cultural Support.
Did you know that Washington’s financial aid is among the most generous in the country, while Washington also has one of the lowest FAFSA completion rates in the country? Don’t assume that you’re not eligible for financial aid – apply! Completing the FAFSA is also the first step required for applying for many scholarships.
What to bring:
- Email account address
- FSA ID (for student and guardian, if student is under age 24)
- Social security number
- ID/Driver’s license
- 2020 and 2021 income tax returns, W-2s, and other records of money earned
- Records of untaxed income, if applicable
