Early Learning Center Starts Student Parent Connection Group

ELC Starts Student Parent Connection Group — TCC's Early Learning Center.

All TCC student parents are welcome to attend meetings of a new "Titan Parents Connection Group" hosted by the Early Learning Center (ELC). The group is open to all TCC student parents, not just students with children enrolled in the ELC. Students will meet via Zoom to connect with other parents and learn about support resources for families.

"Titan Parents is important because being a parent and a student at the same time comes with unique challenges," ELC Director Renee Hernandez-Greenfield said. "Being part of a community that can understand these challenges, provide non-judgmental support, and connect students with helpful resources will make students' educational journeys easier and more joyful."

Meetings will be held monthly. So far meetings have been scheduled for 1:30 and 7:30 p.m. on the following dates:
