Diplomas
Diploma Replacement
Replacement diplomas and certificates are available for $11 each. Diploma Replacements are ordered through Parchment.This process takes approximately 2-3 weeks.
*As of March 2026, we are in the process of transitioning our diploma size and format, so all replacement orders submitted after 3/25/2026 will be on hold until the transition is complete. If you need to have your degree verified, please submit an official transcript order.
**Graduates of the current term do not need to order a replacement. Diplomas for current graduates are mailed out after the term is complete and degrees have been conferred.
Diploma Size
All certificates and diplomas at Tacoma Community College including Bachelor of Applied Science Degrees are 6" x 8" and are landscape orientation.

Your diploma should arrive 10-12 weeks after your graduation date. If your diploma does not arrive within this time, contact degreeapp@tacomacc.edu.
Digital Diplomas
Beginning the Summer of 2021 TCC began issuing digital diplomas in addition to physical diplomas via Parchment. Your Digital Diploma will always be accessible through your Parchment Credential Profile. You can login to download and share your diploma. You will receive an email and/ or text notification when your digital diploma has been issued. The notification will include a link to create your Parchment Digital Credential Profile. Log in to ctcLink to ensure your phone number and email address are current for notifications.
