What is the TCC Alternative Format Tool?
This tool lets you convert digital files to other digital formats. This can be helpful for people with different accessibility needs. Once you complete the process, the converted file will be sent to your TCC email account.
Service Limitations
- Available to students, staff, and faculty with a tacomacc.edu email address.
- Max file size of 64MB.
- The original file must be of good quality in order to maximize conversion accuracy. This means free of markings, writing, folds, or wear.
- Some file outputs may require additional editing after conversion.
- Students requesting alternate materials as an accommodation should contact Access Services for assistance at 360-504-6357 or access@tacomacc.edu
