Authority to Contact State Attorney General's Office

Policy

Executive Staff can make and authorize others to contact the State Attorney General’s Office.

Purpose

In that there is a charge back to Tacoma Community College each time there is any contact with the Attorney General's office, it is important that we monitor the use of the Attorney General's office to stay within the college budget.

Procedure

Executive Staff can give authority to one of their staff members to contact the Attorney General Office. When a staff member has been given this authority, they should indicate to the Attorney General office which member of Executive Staff has given them the authority to make the call.
