and Center for Multi-Ethnic and Cultural Affairs (MECA)
The CASA/MECA program provides comprehensive programs and support services for first generation, economically disadvantaged students, and students with disabilities. Our goal is to promote access, academic persistence and achievement within a diverse student body. Our services are designed to help students stay in school and achieve their academic goals, including transferring to four-year institutions.

- Re-entry Program for Justice Involved Students
- Resources and assistance for students facing housing insecurity
- Student Emergency Assistance Grant program
- Titan Food Pantry located in Building 17
- TRiO Education Advisor, an Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) Program in partnership with the Metropolitan Development Council
- Computer labs accessible to all TCC students
